Policies and Procedures
POLICY REGARDING INACTIVE (DORMANT) ACCOUNTS
Inactive (Dormant) Accounts :

Client Accounts where the client has not traded for more than 6 month would be treated as Inactive (Dormant) Accounts. To ensure the complete security of Client Accounts and assets, JRG Securities Limited would be placing such accounts under temporary suspension. Once the accounts is under temporary suspension, the client would not be allowed to trade (place orders) either through online mode or by calling/visiting its service branch

With effect from 1st July, 2010, the trading activity of the client accounts shall be tracked and a client’s account, where no trading is observed for a period of 6 month shall be categorized as Inactive (Dormant) and put under temporary suspension.

Reactivation of Client Accounts :

Clients can get such accounts reactivated by placing a reactivation request and submitting below mentioned documents.
Documents required for Account Reactivation : Illustrative list of documents :
  • Copy of ITR Acknowledgement
  • Copy of Annual Accounts
  • Copy of Form 16 in case of salary income
  • Net worth certificate
  • Salary Slip
  • Bank account statement for last 6 months
  • Copy of demat account Holding statement.
  • Any other relevant documents substantiating ownership of assets.
  • Self declaration along with relevant supporting.

Regarding the Active accounts please collect the documents mentioned under points 2, 3, 4 and 5 from those customers who have not yet submitted, at the earliest.
