Samson has over 23 years of experience in commodity operations. He was instrumental
in formulation of international pepper contract and development of India Pepper
and Spice Trade Association ("IPSTA") into an international exchange. He was also
associated with the World Bank for commodity awareness program across India. Samson
has attended various training programs and is himself a leading trainer of commodity
derivative in India and abroad. He holds a degree of Bachelors of Commerce.
An MBA in Finance, Harish has over a decade of experience in various functional
areas of commodity and currency markets including research, business development
and corporate advisory, with specifically nine years in commodity research. He served
as the Chief Analyst of Research at Karvy Comtrade Ltd. He has also served at IL
& FS Investment Commodity and Twincity Trade Com.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Suresh has spent 15 years at leadership positions
across industries. He has a blend of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
and Human Resource. Suresh is known for setting up green field operations and leading
the same into profitability.
His previous assignments include Sistema Business Scalerator JSFC Group, Bharti
Airtel and Sterling Holiday Resorts.
Shiva has over 20 years of experience across industries in product marketing, brand
building, revenue generation and strategic planning. He has worked across geographies
including the USA and Europe. His previous assignments include Sistema Business
Scalerator, MTS, MACH, Airtel, RPG Group. Shiva holds a Post-graduation in Business
Vairam has over 25 years of blended work experience in telecom customer life cycle
management and IT. A tenacious problem solver with an ability to bridge the gap
between business and technology groups, she has helped develop innovative solutions
that propel performance improvement. She brings along with her expertise in managing
shared services operations, process improvements through Six Sigma tools, CRM deployment
to a larger group of business and customer facing employees. Her previous assignments
include Sistema Business Scalerator and Bharti Airtel.
Srikanth has over 15 years of experience in achieving revenue, profit, and business
growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. He
has extensive experience distribution & channel management. His previous assignments
include, Britannia, Hindustan Unilever, Nokia, Reliance Jio and Kohler. Shrikant
holds a Post-graduation in Business Administration.
Ramshankar has extensive experience across large organizations and start-ups across
various products, geographies and industries. His experience spans the gamut of
Sales & Distribution, Revenue Management, Distribution Set-up, Team Management and
Service Delivery. His previous assignments include Sistema Business Scalerator,
MTS, TATA Teleservices, BPL Mobile and CEAT Tyres.
With over 19 years of experience, Thanzeer is known as a quiet achiever. He is an
accomplished team leader with a proven track record in managing high performing
teams and businesses in a variety of settings. His previous assignments include
Sistema Business Scalerator, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Cellular and RJIO.
Praveen Kumar brings in extensive experience of over 20 years in Channel Sales,
Sales Operations & Rural Marketing across industries such as FMCG, Telecom, Mobile
Phones & Consumer Durables, Fintech. His previous assignments include Sistema Business
Scalerator, Reliance JIO Infocomm, Essel Group, Samsung Electronics, Idea Cellular,
ICICI Bank, Hutchison Essar andColgate Palmolive. Praveen holds a Master’s in Business
