Payment Gateway

You can transfer funds to your trading account using Payment Gateway attached with trading platforms. This is open to all Online / Offline* Clients in Capital / Currency / Commodity Segments. You will get instant* limit if you are using this facility. Following are the 28 banks available in Payment Gateway.

* If you don’t see the credit in your trading account immediately after transferring funds from the payment gateway, you need to send us a screenshot of the debit from your bank account toaccounts@inditrade.com so we can coordinate with your bank and the payment gateway. If there is any problem in getting the data from PG / Client Bank, you will need to wait at least 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your trading account.
* Offline Clients need to be registered to availe Fund Transfer / Fund Withdrawal using trading portal by sending a request to customer care from there registered email id

There are two options to place a Fund Withdrawal request.

1) All Online / Offline* Clients in Capital / Currency / Commodity Segment can place a request through trading platform.
2) All Online / Offline Clients in Capital / Currency / Commodity Segment can send a requst to customercare@inditrade.com /accounts@inditrade.com from their registered email id.
All Capital / Currency / Commodity withdrawal reqests are processed twice a day - 11 AM & 3:30 PM
All withdrawal requests placed after the above stipulated times will be processed on the next working day.
Fund withdrawal requests placed on second and fourth Fridays after stipulated time will be processed & credited only by Monday on account of banks being closed on second and fourth Saturdays
