Major Duties and responsibilities •Post disbursement check of Business loan files • Preparation of Loan documents & other related documents required Scrutiny of KYC documents & other required documents for disbursal. • Daily POS machine data handling • Vendor, DSA & various inventory handling. • Daily Repayment updation & Cheque/ ACH deposition as per loan schedule of customer. • Merchant query handling (Phone/ Mail). • Other related activities as required from time to time Required Skill & Competencies The candidate must well-versed with MS Excel & MS Word. Statutory compliance, liasioning and interaction with Statutory & Internal auditors. 6. Preparation of weekly cash flow statement and net worth reconciliation. 7. Bank reconciliation statement and analysis: Prepaid Expenses, Deposits, Accrued Expenses, Investments, Deposit with Exchanges, Inter-company balances etc 8. Analysis of Debtors ageing on periodical basis (monthly) and reporting of risk factors to management reporting purpose. 9. Analysis of creditors ageing on periodical basis (monthly) for management reporting purpose.

• Inventory Management (Domestic & International) • Co-ordination with WSP (Warehouse Service Providers) / Brokers / Clients / Trading team • Provisions for monthly expenses and reconciliation with MIS and finance team • Pledge and de-pledge of Stock and coordinating with various financial institutions and Exchange for the timely execution of the same. • Daily publishing of various reports and also preparation of adhoc reports for the business team and management • Coordinate with Finance team, consultants for filing Mandi and GST returns and providing various data for the sale. • Inventory valuations and tracking Insurance coverage. • Stock movement monitoring and reconciling the Inventory with Business and Finance on periodic basis • Cost Controlling through efficient co-ordination with third party vendors. • Support function to Trading Department, Treasury department and Trade processing Department. •? Ensuring Inventory related data input in the system and continuously striving towards improvement of the same by giving inputs to the IT team and doing UAT of the new functionalities released.
